From the 28th Feb his group has sold almost 100 million shares but the majority since late April. No wonder the price hasn’t moved much after all of these announcements.
At the end of the day he’s an investor just like us so can sell to take some money off the table whenever he wishes. He might need funds for other projects/reasons so I don’t think it reflects badly on MDI as an investment. Wait and see until capital raise announcement and then future substantial holdings announcement.
