Why wouldn't they release the results first, let the SP run to $3 then raise at say $2.50? It would've taken an extra 2 trading days. Much less dilution. $1.30 represents a 50+% discount, why would anyone not take it up?
Assuming positive phase 2 results which this CR implies, best possible outcome for institutional investors and worst possible outcome for retail investors.
