I get that Peter and there is no doubt that anyone would be willing to take stock at a discount if they believe in the future of the company. The point I was trying to make is that the quickest and most cost-effective way to raise is via 708s. Yes at a discount but what never gets acknowledged is the extra risk associated with these placements (very short term timelines, done under an I/M rather than a full disclosure prospectus, no retail legal remedies etc). Not every 708 raising is a winner I can guarantee you that.

Not having a go at you but I see these comments all the time at non-retail raisings but without the benefits pointed out for retail holders like fast and cost-effective capital, the ability for the company to move forward quickly etc.
