So you're saying if they waited until the positive results were released and SP went to say $3, they would still need to raise at $1.30 for the $20mil? I think not. This is by far the biggest discount imaginable and some, hence the worst case scenario for retail investors. Whether this is a good outcome all depends on which side of the fence you sit, one person's dilution is another person's concentration.
We'll see the exact details when the announcement comes through. I'm hoping this cannot possibly be right.
