The way I think of it is as simple as this.

Do you think the market will be valuing IXC at 33 million market cap 1 month out from results that unlocks an encumbered market of 1 billion dollars through its orphan drug?

might be 1.5-2 years away, but leading up to the final result I can’t see this company below 250 mill market cap. That’s 8 bags from here, and if results are positive, well blue skies away.
Why else do you see controlled buying down here where demand is low at the moment due to time. By the time this starts humming those players will be well set.
