The Supreme Court of Queensland delivered its judgment on the proceedings on Tuesday, 19 May
2020.
The Court has ordered that the reasons for the judgment are to remain confidential to the parties only
until formal orders are made on 4 June 2020, with these orders reflecting the position to be agreed
between the parties or failing agreement, directions to resolve any remaining disputes.

IMHO, I think it is a resolution to the legal case with BLD (which we will know more about today see above) and also the fact that there is a sizeable stimulus to come in infastructure from Fed. and state governments. Plus small cap/low liquidity so can be "manipulated" by ???
