I think the main advantage for the insto's is it would normally be hard for them to acquire $5 - 10M of shares without pushing up the price significant (after all - that is ~13% of markeyt cap, it would take wekks on adverage daily volumes of 100K shares.
I assume that it would be Anacacia and or Microequities who are buying?
But to the earlier questions - why does the business need that much cash? Is it just due to their terminal expansions in Aus? (Something like 3,000 terminals deployed each year, but surely no more than $200 - $400 per terminal? (please correct my estimates if wrong). Would have thought that could be handled from BAU cashflows.
