you have a point but in your usual moderate cautious comment (mostly with negative trend) for “par condicio” you should also mention that the results achieved so far claimed a positive status higher than expected using a very lower dose. Now it is a matter to find out the right dose to improve those results without of course forgetting the placebo procedure which by the way at the end is a substance with no known medical effects such as sterile water, saline solution or sugar pill basically is based on the mind of patient on how strong he mentally fight to survive while he believes is given the drug. In my view I consider this procedure quite cruel.
But who am I to say that certainly not a scientist just an humble so far frustrated long term share older.
