You have your ideas and i have mine, but yes you are right they do have until opening this morning to release an announcement. But as i said in a earlier post I don't expect any great news in the announce86ment.
I have been in for a long time including MOO days and have seen the same attitude towards shareholders from all the different management, they see shareholders as cash cows continuing to raise capital, consolidation and so on whilst they fail to deliver and still get paid
