@Boregy, material information is any information about a company or its products that is likely to change the perceived value of a security when it is disclosed to the public.
In context of the announcement, it will mean they have a market for their product they did not have before. This calls forth production from which we will earn income to de-risk the project and hopefully generate sustained growth and further income from which we can derive a value for the shares rather than speculate.
