    In regards the present share price. Where does that place conversion of the trusty Promissory Notes. Lower the price better the conversion i suspect. Timing is everything. Watch this space. I bet coals to Newcastle the remaining promissory notes are converted sooner than later.

    You don't often see the lender coming off worse than the borrower when it comes to Promissory notes.
