Well we're all waiting anxiously for the detail.
One positive is PTX is in a good negotiation position to receive an offer given cash, results (what we know of them), and multiple potential product lines.
The agreement could concern anything at this stage, but the timing of the IP wrap up for CarT tech is interesting. While it is a big unknown today its headline of treating solid tumors is a great promise.
