Agreed Bobadah, thursday opening TH gave them 4 days taking the weekend into account. The fact that they stalled the VS untill late on Monday 25th to me means they were all but finalised but the ASX could not grant more time.
After all we are working in a statutory framework created by the Corporations Act and its listing rules. Cant ignore them.
An announcement could come out anytime till 8.30 tonight eastern time or first thing in the morning. If i was on the negotiation team and had worked 4 days on a leasing agreement id probably take tonight to sleep and look at it with fresh eyes in the morning before opening.
All it says to me is as you say limited notice before TH or alternatively some hard terms to resolve in a limited time.
