If I had to guess, and I could be way wrong here I would say with the recent announcement of the mining fellow to the board and talk of sterilisation holes drilled (which also hit gold) my guess in terms
"regarding a material transaction involving a potential acquisition"
The Lakewood mill is private. Just guessing, not long now till we hear what's happening.
