A retrospective muse. We saw a definite "capper " @ 50c and again @ 70c (the tool as called by Jimmy). Somehow I feel this fits in with this CR. I can only think someone in the know didnt want the SP to hit $1 when they were planning a CR @ 29c. Maybe a "tool" in the more traditional sense of the word and certainly no fool I suspect. Feral
