Over the last 10 years I have held BKL twice for many months / years. Now, I am a non - holder (but perhaps can voice my opinion).
I cannot understand the share price of above $80. BKL estimates NPAT between 17 to 21 Mio AUD. Soon, there will be ca. 18.6 Mio shares outstanding.This makes an earnings per share of ca 91 cents to 119 cents. Roughly 80 times over??? ... Where is the growth prospect to justify this multiple?
Anyone, please advise what is wrong with my reasoning.
