They've had MoUs in place for some time. Those are the Letters of Intent.
Offtake Letter of Intent announcements:
Most of the 227 kt pa foreshadowed in the scoping study for wet-processed product are covered by LOIs. Plus they have been talking with potential customers in Europe and Japan.

I think some of the "Dry-Processed" LOIs will eventually be converted to Wet-Processed LOIs.
