Call me naive but I totally agree and a private placement would support that idea. In my opinion to think that the MR was going to be granted without their financial involvement was naive indeed. I hope that that is what is going on and I totally agree hope isn't a good strategy by the fact that the price was capped indicates to me some people wanted in and who wouldn't with 3M Oz on the line and a very depressed price.
