Sadly YB it's far more likely to plummet - at least for a while, after trade reopens unless there's a sweetener in the mix over and above clearing the debts.
That's a MASSIVE dilution in anyone's books - I'm looking at the trading rules / announcements now trying to figure out under what rule it's allowed...
