Yes, a normal trading halt is for 2 days. If the deal will take more than two days they can do elect for another one without a solid reason. usually, they take the two and extend for two or post-announcement whichever comes first. I guess in this case they know it's going to take more than two days and likely four. Actually here they have given a reason.
