It's hard to predict where this will all end up. One thing is for sure and that is the lawyers/administrators will be the real winners. My take is the China/Taiping financiers are probably clutching at straws in trying to claim superior security over Sequoia and Madison but they also know they may get something if OVH decides on a negotiated settlement as opposed to the expensive legal option. What comes our way from the Diversa sale will certainly be determined by the court. Despite all this I'm mildly optimistic about a reasonable outcome and you only need to look at who has been accumulating over the last few weeks adding to an already large stake suggesting I'm not the only one sharing this positive view.
