Per AFR Street Talk: US private equity to take stake in Zip Co
The capital raising - which will be executed via a PIPE or private investment in public equity transaction - is expected to be signed this week and announced as early as Tuesday.The investor is believed to be California-based Heights Capital Management, which will inject $100 million to $200 million into the business via the convertible notes.
