Worrying that the CR ann is accompanied by an investor presentation clearly aimed at us.
If it was an insto CR then why bother with that?
If it is a CR aimed at us retail holders will it succeed?
The share price seems too low to have a shareholder CR imo
Surely the share price will fall to the SI price.
CR at 1 cps and the SP would fall to 3 cps meaning it would fail and have to be cancelled.
And if the company cannot get instos to chuck a few million into it why would retail holders do it?
If SER can no longer raise cash it will have to try to sell something or take out a loan or collapse.
Hope I am wrong as I am invested in the company. What do the rest of you think?
