Not really because you might also be sure of what you have and get extra rigs in to confirm this in a shorter time frame.
My thoughts are that this is very positive and it is away to reward the existing share holders so they can get in at a lower price
than further down the track "when" the share price is higher. I can recall many times when we told to sell sell SIR.
