I just thought they still have enough cash for a few more quarters so I didnt expect a CR so soon. I guess it also means they're not desperate to raise cash so hopefully they can get the CR done in favourable terms. Anyway, some CR's can be good and become a strong catalyst.

Anyone has info about the CR terms? Is it on FreshEquities?
