Well Dr AT said he was on the lookout for other opportunities.
I think he found something fitting his criteria but its more than the budget he had. Tolga makes a trip to consult, the godfather gives his blessing and now we're in a TH and CR.
The announcement will be presented to the market and shareholders to say basically, we'd like to buy this but we're a um ah a little short, so pass the hat put in what you think is right and if you agree to this new aquistion.
All purly speculationa and SWAG (silly wild a** guess) on my part. Take none of this as insider knowledge.
