Hardly unexpected. Be crazy not to capitalise on the price puff.
That said, before the trading halt announcement even came out, indicative opening price for the day was sitting at $3.70 - it has since climbed up to nearly $4. Wonder what price they plan to go for. If they'd let it run one more day, they likely would have pushed the raise even higher. Quite hard to fathom considering this was 32c just a few weeks ago!
