    Capital raisings don't happen overnight. If they would have done a raise they would have already been planning it when it was at $1. Companies don't deal in "Let's wait 1 more day etc etc".

    Heck, look at NAB raising money in the dip, sometimes companies need to bite the bullet in case capital markets close up.
