From the tone of your post, it sounds as if you think the sort of transition they are undertaking is not going to be a mere formality.
Do you think they end up with some sort of hybrid model, i.e., face-to-face and online, or do you think the latter ends up cannibalising the former to the point of rendering it too marginal to continue?
