No CR (yet) in my books. Area5 economics need to be released before this occurs - highlighting capex requirements (to determine potential raise requirements) and profitability (to determine terms). The Hong Kong boys are hungry and keen to underwrite any raise so if one does come I think it’s an underwritten rights issue and no new investors will be welcomed.
Nifty is worth a good sum in my books. A 2.5mtpa processing facility and 32mt @ 1.5%Cu for 600kt Cu at Nifty and a further 500kt of Cu out at Maroochydore... and then you have the red hot Paterson tenements. The plant alone is worth good money and I think some decent operators will make the deposit work.
Im guessing but I think it’s an ‘update’ and not the ‘finalisation’ of the strategic review process because there are certain T&C’s that need to be finalised prior to the transaction being completed. We can speculate all we want but it’s not long now to find out what’s occurred.
