I think the phasing ‘update’ rather than ‘finalisation’ is just because of the nature of where negotiations are at (ie still need the lawyers to sign it all off). Trading halt is typically from what I’ve seen is both parties have come to a verbal agreement but the lawyers need a couple of days to make it binding. I could be completely wrong...
