Perhaps the question isn't when will VMY start to produce, but when will VMY sign a contract with a utility that enables it to finance development of Mulga Rock. The answer to that question is when the contract price for uranium exceeds $45.
If you want an answer to your question, my bet is in the first half of 2021.
