I was on that same Zoom call and agree with your summary.
One thing to add, Coby spoke of the way the industry was structured and how the big fish just eat the little fish when they want their tech and would wait until the tech is proven before buying out the little fish.
Later on a question was asked about whether the licencing from Rice University and agreement with Leti would stop a suitor buying them out in the future.
Both Dadi and Coby were very confident that it would not stop a buyout if it came to that. I got the impression that there were plenty of precedents.
It is worth mentioning because some others on this forum, particularly those comparing 4DS and WBT have argued WBT is inferior because ‘WBT don’t own the tech’ . This is complete BS also because WBT have substantially developed the tech over the last 4 years or so and WBT have registered several patents for the ReRam tech.
A question I would like covered if anyone attends the meeting:
Is there any effort or interest coming from the U.S. based tech sector to use the WBT technology?
