They might need all the money they can raise to meet the interest payments on the thus far used & future Con Notes and further ongoing working capital.

imo, it Will be interesting to see how they disclose in the wording as for what the funds will be actually used for .... will it be just for working capital or for a possible acquisition in a different sector or venture ............I also wonder how they will sell the CR to s/holders or maybe just to a sophisticated investor by way of a single placement ...will it be @ 1 share at .0001 with say 3 free attaching options at .002 expirying in 2023..... even at such levels I think they will still have a hard road to have any s/holder take this CR up maybe besides WB (lol)
