Shake, it is a free and fair market. Everyone has the same opportunity. It just depends on one's own personal circumstances as to where they fit in. I am not sure you see this though.
For Institutional and sophisticated investors there are very clear and specific guidelines/rationale for both. There are reasons for this which one needs to understand.
For both of these two categories to be exposed to raising's like this it will benefit significantly to the retail investors/day traders too.
This exposure will drive the sp higher.
I am not one to give advice, especially on this forum.
That said, before we put our money into the market we need to understand the playing field and the rules.
This game is not for everyone and sometimes it can be cruel.
But at the end of the day we all decide where we place our money and for most of us we understand the playing field.
