I dont hold PLL but its on my watchlist.
Dont let a CEO give you a CFO's call. At the end of the day its not his area of expertise and if a financial expert believes the time is right he will give that information over to the CEO.
As for the capital raise, sure it will "dilute" existing shareholders, but dont look at it for that. Look at it for its ability to:
Bring in a potentially strong partner (as someone else mentioned) and strengthen balance sheet via more cash. Will also make the company look better on paper in the event any projects need a financial partner.
I personally hold INR as its the king of the west, but this stock is the king in the east!
Would add it to my portfolio but dont need 2 lithium based plays. Both have a bright future!
