Request of Trading Halt
Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1 Ausmex Mining Group Ltd (ASX:AMG) (the “Company”
and at the
request of the ASX, the Company hereby requests that a voluntary trading halt of the Company’s
securities be granted by the Australian Securities Exchange.
In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, the Company provides the following information in relation
to the request:
1. the Company advises that the trading halt is necessary to assist the Company in managing its
continuous disclosure obligations as the Company expects to make an announcement in
relation to its forward outlook;
2. the trading halt to commence immediately until the earlier of commencement of normal
trading on Thursday 11 June 2020 or when the announcement regarding the stated purpose
is released to the market;
3. the Company expects to make the announcement to the market before the commencement
of normal trading on Thursday 11 June 2020; and
4. the Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or any
further information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt. Please contact me
