I don't hold the stock but imo; Raising new capital at multiples above book value is a great example of wealth creation for shareholders and more importantly as mentioned by management, the funds being used to provide the financial flexibility to act quickly on future value accretive opportunities.This is a game only played by a select few and knowing when to play it, is important. Raise capital near the top and if required, do share buybacks at the bottom. One with knowledge understands the basic principles of increasing the intrinsic value for shareholders now and well into the future. Ruslan is one smart operator and I wish more companies can learn from him. Good luck all.
