well here are some thoughts and my opinion, given im sick of waiting for optus to say yes
the tech hasnt sold [apart from spark some years ago] and a major shareholder has a resource company.
why not give the tech to the current owner [and related entities] for all their shares. a fair swap some might say others will differ.
then the company without issuing more paper can pivot into the resource company quite simply and away we go.
well thats my 2 bobs worth
lets see if optus say yes or the pivot is released
all in my fingers crossed opinion
and sorry angus may not be any more comebacks
