I would imagine the tenament they're acquiring has historically been explored and may have some old data that shows potential. They didn't have enough ounces currently to attract attention from a bigger player and that has been reflecting in their lack of SP movement over the last few months when a majority of their peers have seen good SP gain. (aside from their late SP rally) It will all depend how much cash they spent to acquire this asset, how fast can they firm up what's in it and what is their total ounces. Will they need to raise money? Yep, exploration costs money. Is it a good idea to hold more ounces? Absolutely so I look forward to hearing what they've acquired and how they think it adds to their asset register.
