As we all know, the company has missed pretty much all the guidance along the years, although I can't remember they ever announced a downgrade only half way into the year.

If this turns out to be a negative, it will most likely related to either Xingyun lake or Shilongbo reservoir being cancelled or pushed out to next year.

Given that all directors just bought more shares (especially Mr. Zhang) not long ago,it will be a big kick in the guts.
