If this CR is done at a discount, only way this doesn't go straight back down is that it's quality cornerstone institutional investors, and that the shares aren't able to be sold for 6-12+ months.

I'd hold hopes that it's done at a premium, and that the CR is quickly followed by a business update/agreements which are announced with some actual $$ figures, but I'm all out of hopes to hold at the moment. Alas, we await Monday's tidings!
