Yeah exactly, I was always saying that CR was coming but then when saw this announcment along with the 4 mill debt faciltiy thought they managed to go through without it, pretty surprising. Still think THC is one of the best in the game on the ASX, however this is going to put some downward pressure on it , with added dilution. For long term believers will give a chance to get some more cheaper, however will definitely make the road to a higher rerating a lot longer.
