CR is part and parcel in every public R&D company with no revenue. If you think CR is bad news, then you shouldn't be investing in these companies. With $2.7 million in the bank at end of March, I am a little surprised they are raising this soon though. I guess with timelines and delays thrown out of whack, they are planning an extension of some sort. Lets see what these developments are...hoping for good progress.
The only negative I can see is Guido's options not being exercised by 30 June.
