Curious to understand what we can glean from decision to go the 4 day "back to back" trading halt compared to usual 2 day halt used previously for capital raising like last years raising from sophisticated investors and shareholders.
ASX Guidance note 16 sets out the "one & only" circumstance where "back to "back" trading halt is granted is to undertake an accelerated capital raising involving a significant issue of securities that is "essentially pro rata to all holders" and requires more than 2 days.
Any thoughts?
