Why doesn't the so called investor buy at 5c over the last year instead of at a premium?
It equates to time over money.
IF a player is buying in, they don't nickel and dime. There is enough spread for the investment to be viable.
Try buying 10% in a company like ours at 5 cents over a year. 100+ million units.
Sophisticated investors don't operate that way.
Hence, off-market trades.
