I think they might be looking to CR now because the global economy is headed for a major recession/depression. They just might not be able to raise the capital in 6-12 months when they really need it. We are most likely experiencing a typical bear trap and we are headed for a major downturn. Plenty of examples of this in the past. The market is carrying on like nothing has happened, but reporting season commences in the US shortly. Most are expecting a 3 year recovery.

Who knows how this will play out but $1.40 might be a good price for the CR in the end. It's a shame they are doing the offer at a discount, basically means the current holders are funding the CR through lost valuation and dilution. They keep testing the SH faith that's for sure.

I am still waiting to get back in, but I think there is more to play out. Who knows.
