Cash has been an overhang of this stock. We all know it needs caah to progress 2591 to phase 2. I see this as a positive, even though it will be at half it would have been 3 months ago....but it will put a base under the share price. I am also sure it will attract large instos who want a stake which they couldn't get from buy on market. If this is the case, and if handled properly by the company, they shouldn't get a complete fill and will need to buy on maeket later to get this. My bet.....$1.45.
