Request for Trading Halt
Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.1, Novatti Group Limited (ASX: NOV) (the Company) hereby requests a trading halt with respect to its securities effective immediately.
The trading halt is requested pending an announcement by the Company regarding a proposed capital raising.
The Company requests the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of trading on Monday 29 June 2020 or the announcement being released.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
