Almost all the CR will go into working capital and the cost of the raising.

Even AFTER the CR their Current Debts will be higher than their Current Assets.
The prospectus makes it clear that they need the forbearance of their creditors to extend trading terms which they say they have but not in writing and / or further support from their investors to proceed further.
Read all the prospectus very carefully , without this CR the company was in trouble.
If the oil price drops again then expect a further call for support.
If there is a material increase in the price of oil then all should be well , in spite of the dilution of this CR.

same...Current liabilities at $6M...what happened to the $5M working capital as at 30 dec? I thought we'd paid all the bills and had $2M left over? 10% of Rex was purchased in Dec 2019. Also rest of PLX liabilities relinquished in Dec 2019 too. Something does not add up.
